I purchased a lift chair from the showroom and when I had a problem with the chair, I was told that I would have to pay for them to come out and fix it. I signed and paid for an additional warranty to cover this and they said their warranty changed. Beware of this business they do not stand behind their warranty.

Do you notice they don’t guarantee comfort but they sell chairs that are supposed to be comfortable? We’re talking about Pride lift chairs made in China! There’s got to be a reason why they don’t guarantee comfort and they don’t guarantee their products most reputable dealers do????? And if you read all the rest of these two-year-old reviews you need to read the newest ones......

Bought my husband's lift chair yesterday from Tampa Lift Chair Showroom. After checking other sources we came back to Tampa Lift Chair Showroom. Alex the salesman knows the products well and gave us good advice. Joe, the owner was easy to work with and coordinated the sale and delivery in less than 3 hours. We can't forget Robert, who delivered and set up the chair and gave us a tutorial on how best to use the chair. All in all for quality, price and service Tampa Lift Chair Showroom can't be beat. Potential buyers beware! Strongly suggest choosing another company for your lift chair needs -- and without any doubt - do not for any reason - purchase a Catnapper product from them or any other vendor. Imagine spending $1200 on what was advertised as a "leather" chair - to, in a bit more than a year - to find it peeling down to fabric -- when reported to Joe LoPinto, owner of Tampa Lift Chair Showroom - the excuse was - "we don't sell bonded leather" - however - that's exactly what he sold to us - Tampa Lift Chair Sh... read more
