I received a refurbished computer from Amazon, and ended up returning it the very next morning. Had the computer plugged in all night and the computer did not hold a charge. I could not download ANY apps. I did receive a full refund, so I'm leaving a rating of 3 stars for the inconvenience.

I purchased a refurbished chromebook 3rd party through Walmart.com and if I could leave 0 stars I would opt for that. I was sent a chromebook that did not charge. The touchscreen (mousepad square - that is necessary to use the device) did not work and it wouldn't connect to any wifi network. I'm returning asap, they literally sent me an unfurbished broken junk unit. Shameful taking advantage of parents during this time.

I could not download ANY apps. Then I tried calling their office and all the extensions are not answering and their mailbox is full so I can't get through to anyone to receive any help. I have bought about 7 Dell and other laptops from Laptop Experience. Each one has arrived in great shape, at an excellent price, and worked very well. It's clear that Cory and others at Laptop Experience pay great attention to detail. I used to do business with Dell directly for refurbished Laptops. Laptop Experience is as good or better. Shipping is fast. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.
