The facility is filled with lots of qualified staff and programs. It is a very lively and clean place and they have taken such good care of my loved one!!!
In person visit is great! The facility is beautiful, clean and direct care staff are friendly; however, they lack in communication. It is hard to reach anyone when calling and is messages are left rarely is the call returned.
As a registered nurse/ educator I have been providing an exceptional educational experience here at Tampa Lakes to the new CNAs and LPNs, we have been very impressed with the level of receptivity and professionalism from everyone, from the administrative staff to the caregivers, the dietary team to the maintenance team. Everyone is approachable to work with. It's clear that patient care is in the best interest of everyone here at Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center. Thank you for taking care of our community!

Just because a place is clean & nice looking doesn't say anything about the staff. I'm on the fence as to keeping my husband here or moving him to Palm Gardens. I approach the nurses station for assistance, the nurses are too busy talking to acknowledge me. I finally have to say "excuse me." His nurse always seems like I'm bothering him/her when I ask for something. Also you need to fix your laundry department issues. Having NO TOWELS of any kind is just unacceptable!
