Came out the same day and fixed a clogged curbside drain. I originally thought the flexpipe connecting the gutter downspouts were clogged and needed replacement with PVC. The tech cleared the drain, and said he thought the current flexpipe was fine and working properly, but if I still wanted it replaced with PVC he gave me an estimate for thousands of dollars less than another company that had been out earlier that day.
