Absolute ripoff. I recently took my car in for an oil change. Mind you, my car is not a lease, and I recently paid it off. Amongst the oil change was about 10 things they were recommending that were an immediate need. I was slightly suspicious, but only agreed to one of the items. The things they were trying to tell me that were immediate need would have been over $1300 including an alignment. I take very good care of my vehicle and there is nothing wrong with it. I would never buy a car from here again. The original experience was great. However, afterwards the associates are extremely rude, don't help you, won't allow you to speak to a manager or anything. Don't waste your time.
