I booked a self-pay “cardiac clearance with EKG” advertised at $200 on their website. I paid out of pocket and completed the visit. The cardiologist stated my EKG and heart exam were completely normal. However, I was then told that clearance would not be provided unless I also completed an echocardiogram, a two-week heart monitor, and a follow-up visit — none of which were disclosed upfront when booking. Dr Caballero was incredibly thorough in his explanation of my husband‘s issues and extremely caring. He was prompt in seeing us during our office visits and spent extensive time explaining all the details and was not rushed. His compassion for his situation was sincere. During the procedure he was reassuring and flexible. His office staff was pleasant and professional. We have already recommended Dr Caballero to two of our friends. 5 star experience.
