Dr. Marta is warm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I’m so grateful we found her. Her approach to pediatric dentistry takes into account the whole child - nutrition, supplementation, oral hygiene, age/rate of growth, history, current practices, and future plans, etc. For our son, she’s walking us through his journey with Invisalign; and for our daughter, she’s helped us navigate the devastating effects that undiagnosed infant acid reflux has had on her little teeth. My three boys are patient of Dr. Marta and she and her staff are wonderful!
I would not recommend this office due to their lack of organization and communication. When calling to set my appt I provided our insurance information, and was told that they would run the info and call me back if there were any concerns. I received no call and assumed we were good to go. Today we arrived for the appt and were asked for the insurance info again. I found this odd and told the receptionist we already provided it. We are new to the area and I scheduled an appointment for my 2 and 4 year old. One appointment was for 8:30am and one was for 9am. We arrived at 8:20am and were moved to a room right away. The lady who did the cleaning was nice and was finished with both kids at 8:45am. By 9:35am we were still waiting for the dentist...I asked and they said the dentist just started a procedure on another child but will be with us soon.
