4 front desk staff doing nothing and been here for over an hour and no one has been called in. Stay away
Always a friendly face when I come here, wait time isn’t too bad, but then again I only ever do morning appointments so it’s usually less busy at that time. Overall, no regrets coming here.
There’s so much confusion in this place, I don’t recommended. I had a disagreement with one of the employees and mistakenly left my prescription glasses by the chair I was sitting on. I went to claim them the next day and mysteriously they vanished.
You must have patience to go here. I waited 20 minutes standing in line before I was even acknowledged by the one staff person. The other helped the person in front of me and then ignored me, answered the phone and then helped them instead of putting them on hold since I had been waiting. Very rude.
