June 11, 2025 the staff was very kind and nice. RO DOWELL, HANNA at TGMG Family Care Center Westchase 10909 W. Linebaugh Avenue 33626-1741 June 5 & 15, 2026 did my yearly physical with RO DOWELL, Hanna, staff was kind and nice.
Do not schedule appointment online. I scheduled an appointment online for 7:45am for a new patient appointment, had to wait 3 weeks for an opening and when I get here they’re closed. No one contacted me to reschedule so I wasted my time for nothing and still need to find a doctor for my pending medical issues 😔
I made an appointment 2 months ago to establish. I wasn’t told the NP I scheduled with was no longer there. I had to find out by accident when I called the clinic to reschedule with that appt. I was made another appointment with a different NP. Waited another month to be seen by the new one. Showed up to my appointment this morning only to find out after sitting and waiting to be seen for 45 minutes- she had “gone home for an emergency.” Nobody had communicated that to me.
