My experience here has been inconsistent-it’s honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes you’re fortunate enough to be seen by a provider who truly cares, but other times you’re left waiting, overlooked, or seen by a student without proper oversight. Over time, I stopped voicing concerns because the stress, anxiety, and constant feeling of not being heard became too much to manage. After having a bad experience at a Women’s Clinic in St. Pete, coming to this center has been like a breath of fresh air. Since my first appointment, the receptionist, the physicians, the ultrasound tech and nurse practitioners have been AMAZING. Please do not listen to the reviews. Everyone has been extremely helpful and nice and has made me feel comfortable for my appointments 🫶🏽

This place is a joke! I’m a high-risk patient and was referred here. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for over two, maybe three weeks now and still nothing. They claimed they were waiting on my referral. The referral was sent twice, yet they still haven’t called me. I even called to ask if they received it, and the young lady told me they have, and I’d be receiving a call back later that day to schedule an appointment. It’s a new week later, and no one has called. I hate it here, and I haven’t even been seen yet.
