I have never been to this clinic. The recording said my hold time was less than 5 minutes. After being on hold for 50 minutes I gave up.
Told I'll get a call never do , staff rude on the phone and hanging up constantly I thought it was just me till I looked at the reviews, can't even get in but now I really don't want to after seeing others experiences, but yeah staff pretend they can't hear you on the phone while having an attitude and just hang up happened more than once they never follow up so don't hold your breath.
i tried to make an appt online, it said i had to call. yeah right!!!! every single time i call i’m on the hold for over an hour for nothing. truly frustrating. nobody had time to sit on the phone waiting for nobody to pick up. horrible system
They don't pick up the phone :( I just got out the hospital, multiple blood clots in lungs due to taking birth control for PCOS. Was told to see gyno ASAP. They don't have availability until 2 months from now....
