I do not recommend this place.They are very unorganized very rude lack of communication and make their own decisions on if they cremate or not. Never been so disgusted and disappointed in a business in my thirty eight years of life.
The prices are too high and they are slow to give a refund for a cancelled service. Go to Resurrection Cemetery in Seffner instead. You won’t regret it.
Never and i mean never do business with these people.. my dad pass away over two years ago . We have paid for the headstone and ledger in full 2 years ago. And we been getting the going around. I have talked to dozen of different staff and told them about the problem. I don’t get any reply and when i do talk to some they promise a time and has never delivered. My dad burial ground still does not have a headstone and its been over 2 and half years of money paid in full. I dont know how these people sleep at night .
Great service for setting up my dads and reminding me to do mine.
