I was recommend by a close friend to check Tampa Floats out after I was complaining about being stressed from the past few weeks and sore from my F45 workouts. I went in the next day and was met by Jeffrey who was very inviting, knowledgeable and explained the whole process. I decided to do their 2 hour session of complete relaxation (Floatation Tank, Sauna, and NormaTech) and I have to say after I left there I felt like a new person. What a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and explained everything in detail. I was slightly Apprehensive to do this but so glad I did. Very restorative!
I highly recommend this to anyone needing to de-stress and unwind. Total sensory deprivation for me was about creating new head space, taking a stab at meditation, and allowing this experience to motivate me in all other aspects of my life. My purpose was more about mentality but I can’t deny the physical benefits the salt water float provided either as my aches melted away for the whole hour I was in the pod.
