Oh, wow, where do I even start with this gym? A shining beacon of incompetence run by the entrepreneurial genius herself, the owner, who clearly missed the memo on how to run a business. I went in to cancel my membership in person, and they managed to botch it spectacularly by canceling only my membership and not the family plan that included my wife. Did I notice? Nope!
