I had a consultation with Olga after referral by my primary doctor for my thyroid on June 8. Olga did an ultrasound to confirm the lump on my thyroid & she suggested a biopsy appt. I scheduled the biopsy for July 21. On that day, 5 hours before my appointment I received a call from her office to cancel the biopsy appt as the doctor wasn’t available that day and they would contact me to reschedule. It’s Aug 4 & I still haven’t been contacted and I am seeking treatment elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
Both Dr. Kaliebe and her staff are so compassionate and supportive. Dr. Kaliebe goes above and beyond to care for her patients. She knew the extra test I needed and made sure they were done correctly. She is an exceptional doctor. Very grateful I found her.
Dr. Kaliebe.. Professional, hard working, caring and kind. Its very hard to get an appointment but that's the way it is with the best doctors.
I’ve been trying to contact the office for more than four days now, and I have yet to receive a callback. I left a voicemail, and no one has reached out to schedule an appointment. One time I did speak to the doctor, and I was told all the nurses were at lunch, but the doctor couldn’t fit me into her schedule. I was assured the nurses would call me back, but I haven’t received any follow-up. Overall, the customer service has been really poor, and this experience has been frustrating.
