I was very disappointed with the appointment today when I went for my allergy shot The two employees administering shots were very rude regardless of how busy they are they need to have better customer service skills
Called to ask a question and immediately was put on hold with no type of greeting to acknowledge my call. Was on hold 10 minutes before hanging up.
Pick up the phone.... I thought if I called back 12 times you would have. Is everyone asleep on anesthesia over there?
