SaltBlock catered my husband's 50th birthday party and WELL exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and their unique options for catering (chef's station, slider station, a table turned charcuterie board) were flawless. SaltBlock Hospitality catered our work event at Sparkman Wharf and did an absolutely phenomenal job! The buffet was incredible. Every single person I spoke to was complimenting the food. From perfectly cooked salmon to prime rib, there was truly something for everyone. The service was excellent.
