SaltBlock catered my husband's 50th birthday party and WELL exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and their unique options for catering (chef's station, slider station, a table turned charcuterie board) were flawless. They did not skimp on anything, including the staff that they sent to assist. Rubio and his team (close to 10 at one point) were wonderful in every regard.
