I was able to make an appointment within the time frame I needed. Front office staff was professional and polite. I only waited for about 5 min. Nurses were professional and attentive. Dr. Sawar was professional and explained everything to me clearly and addressed my concerns. I was happy with the care I was shown.
I go to the Wesley Chapel office because it's the closest. Parking here is horrible so arrive early, I had to park on the opposite side of the business park and walk to the office with no crosswalks and crazy drivers. Once you're checked in expect to wait another 30 minutes before you're even called back. Once you're in a room things move quickly. I do find that there in not a lot of hand on in this office and things are documented that weren't really checked.
Had echogram this morning. Gus was pleasant, patient and friendly. Really great place for any heart concerns.
