My car had an alternator problem, and Yair from the mobile mechanic service came through perfectly. He knew exactly what to do — professional, skilled, and quick. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it fast. Great service overall, and Yair was friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend him if you need a dependable mechanic.
Very bad experience with this company. They was supposed to put a alternator on my vehicle. They told me it was the wrong one. But all along it was the right one. The mechanic was trying to hook the alternator to the mass airflow sensor connector instead of the alternator connector! Please be careful about this company. My appointment was at 1p.m. they showed up at 3:35 p.m. So now they have blocked all of our numbers. Because they was wrong and don't want to take accountability.
Stay far away from this company. The mechanics are not professionally trained. They will show up completely unprepared to do the job. Tools and skills are lacking as well professionalism. They got mad at me because they had trouble putting springs on my unloaded strust after they said they could. The whole problem was they didn't have the correct tools to do it, after they said they did. Guy almost popped himself in the face several because he wasn't prepared.
TERRIBLE! These guys don’t know what they are doing at all, just bunch of pop shop techs with no proper education. I watched Anthony try to replace my brakes and rotors and it was a complete disaster. He showed up 30 minutes late, let my calipers hang by the brake line instead of securing it with bungee cables, he didn’t even know how put lug nuts on properly, yet alone torque them.
