The nurses yell at my mom when she's late and when she gets there early she is never put on on time and waited 30 plus minutes for them to finally REMEMBER her it's unprofessional, and very bad work environment
The nurse cackled, “It’s only going to get worse from here” while I was laying on the table waiting for a tunnel catheter to be placed into my chest through a vein in my neck. Then after the procedure when I was still sedated I asked if I could take out the stitches myself and she said, “only if you’re a contortionist” as she cackled again. Then I guess I asked the doctor the same question twice because he looked at the nurse like I was nuts. We were waiting 3 hours and they let another patient that came after us in before us. When I asked they said the other patient was waiting too. They lied to my face. He was already back there. My husband is diabetic, has leukemia, and has CIDP. He had not eaten in several hours because of having to be NPO. When I told them we were leaving in a half an hour he was finally called in. He was put in the same procedure room with another patient. I am furious. I already called to get another place to go. Don't go there. Horrible c... read more
