It’s very sad that I purchased a spa from this place. I’ve called them so many times to come out and look at it. Now they’re saying it was installed incorrectly. And they actually hung up on me after yelling at me. They are the ones that installed this.
High quality hot tubs at a fair price, and the guys who come out to do the install are all super knowledgeable and really pay attention to detail. Edit: I just wanted to update my post to reflect how good the service has been years after purchase. So I had some issues with the tub several years after purchase and the guys here were quick to get someone out to fix it and they even arranged to Uber something up to me in order to try and resolve my issues as quickly as possible. Tampa Bay Hot Tubs and Spas has been nothing but the BEST experience. Dave, Arnie, Shari and most recently Aaron have been very responsive and always willing to help and guide me to my best hot tub experience. We bought an Envoy and I couldn’t be happier. The guidance I’ve received has been invaluable and the product is just awesome!
