3x now they have booked an appt 6 months out and 3x they have called to tell me I have no appt and no one knows why I disappeared from the schedule, THREE TIMES. Apparently having an appt card means nothing. I'd give zero stars except I like Dr Koval.
Doctor Jack Steel and all his staff were so friendly and caring during my 30 radiation treatments. They showed empathy and true concern for my health.
I'm so grateful for Dr. Koval and his team that continue to take good care of my mom while she tries to beat this cancer. They are not only good at what they do, they are also extremely kind and caring.
