I walked in (after a 3 hour ride) with a 33k check from my bank for a bike and walked away with nothing. Why? The sales person gave me the wrong VIN #. Despite my bank telling them on the phone it was still ok, they sent me home because they wanted a document from my bank showing the new VIN. They tried to initially blame me for the error, and even afterwards the general manager in a follow up lied about how it all went. Wouldn't trust these guys for a second.
Worst customer service i've ever dealt with in my life! The GM got nasty on the phone when I told him that it was unacceptable that I can't get a straight answer from anyone on the status of my jetski. It's been there over two months and didn't like it when I told him i'm coming to get it. He basically said good it'll be ready tomorrow and hung up on me. AVOID THIS DEALER AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!

Stopped in Saturday to see the new 2020 GSXR 1000. Tom made the experience simple and enjoyable and a visit to check it out turned into a buying experience that was top notch. The bike is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Tom and Powersports!!
