Not sure how this place got good reviews. They quoted us a price more than twice the local chains for our pool light, and the guy was too busy on the phone with someone to help my husband. When I called back to give them the benefit of the doubt in thinking they may have looked up the wrong item, the guy had to wait for his manager to get done helping someone else, since he was using the only available computer. Wow. Total thumbs down. We will stick with the chain stores for our pool needs.

I am so appreciative of the personal service and care that they offer. What a different experience than going into one of the chain store pool stores. The employees here remember me and my pool. They have gone above and beyond to help me keep my pool in tip top shape. Employee Josh, especially is one of the most caring people I have met. Their prices are competitive, often cheaper than the competition. I recommend them to everyone.
