Personally, I would love to give 0 stars. To rate a medical establishment that you entrust with permanent alterations of your body, and having them fail you, is far below one star. In January of 2019, I had my first consultation with Dr. Halpern. In which we discussed my concerns and ideals for a Rhinoplasty. Simply the best plastic surgeon reconstruction specialist. Dr David Halpern is an incredible surgeon, supported by a fantastic staff that has to be experienced to be truly appreciated.
