My technician, Andrew was very professional, friendly and thorough. I feel very comfortable with my new pest control service.
Experience was perfect. Technician was very punctual and communicated with us well leading up the appointment. The appointment itself was a breeze, and Andrew did a great job taking the time to onboard us and get us familiar with what bugs we can expect to see in our area, which ones are problematic, and gave us good advice on some smaller things like running our spare bedroom shower every now and again to make sure it doesn't dry up and let bugs come in through that.
