I hired Tampa Bay Pest Management in 2017 to solve an ant issue in my house. This team sent me pictures of holes or gaps in my eaves near my roof. I was busy selling health insurance in my office. My trainee next to me said, "Say No. That company is trying to upcharge you." I am the decision maker of my asset. I’ve been using TBPM for over 5 years. They have been nothing but the best in killing bugs. Way better than Home Team and Tier One.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this company treated one of their employees who was managing epilepsy. Even after providing medical documentation directly from their neurologist, the company still chose to terminate their employment. Firing someone for a documented medical condition is not only unfair, but it also shows a complete lack of compassion and understanding toward employees who face health challenges.
