I have been a customer for many years. Anytime I've had an issue, I get a quick response from Dave. He's professional and friendly and takes care of any pest concern efficiently. Also, I recently did a deep cleaning and re-organization in my kitchen and was happily surprised to find all my cabinets to be clean of pests and pest debris so what they have been doing is totally working even in the usually unseen corners.
Not only is this a great company to work with but they get the job done. I moved into a house and immediately started finding German roaches and ants. I talked to Dave and Kurt. They had someone out at my house the next week. They followed up a couple weeks later and come out quarterly. The only thing living in my house is my family and pets. I hired Tampa Bay Pest Management in 2017 to solve an ant issue in my house. This team sent me pictures of holes or gaps in my eaves near my roof. I was busy selling health insurance in my office. My trainee next to me said, "Say No. That company is trying to upcharge you." I am the decision maker of my asset.
