I’ve been using TBPM for over 5 years. They have been nothing but the best in killing bugs. Way better than Home Team and Tier One.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this company treated one of their employees who was managing epilepsy. Even after providing medical documentation directly from their neurologist, the company still chose to terminate their employment. Firing someone for a documented medical condition is not only unfair, but it also shows a complete lack of compassion and understanding toward employees who face health challenges. Can’t say enough great things about Cole and how thorough and personable he is! We struggled with ghost ants and he finally got rid of them for us!! Thank you Cole!
I signed up for a monthly service, but they skipped appointments without notice and still charged me.
They treated my home for ants, but the problem came back within a week. I expected more lasting results.
