Family owned business - the owner, Kurt, is very responsive & respectful. highly recommend using their company, just perhaps ask for Cole, Ricky, or Jeremy for your tech !
We've used TBPM for several years now and they are great! Reliable, they come on schedule, and for the most part it's the same person every time and most importantly - they keep the bugs out of my house! I've only had one time in the past several years that they had to come back out for a reservice and they were out within a day at no extra charge. Highly recommend!
All the guys here are so friendly and so attentive and knowledgeable. I called them when I saw a roach in my kitchen and they came the very next day to spray inside! I’d recommend them to anyone!!
Excellent! Today I happened to be in the back of the house as Cole was treating my house. Not only did he treat the house and wipe down the outside, he completely wiped down the entire screen inside the lanai even over the pool. The first to do such a thorough job and I have had a few pest management companies over the years. and Tampa Bay Pest Management is priced better than the rest. Try them, I think you will be happy you found them, I am. Thank you Cole!
I really appreciate the team's professionalism and integrity. We've been using them for 2 years for regular pest control and other services. It's worth every penny because we really do enjoy our home, yard, and patio pest free, year round. I have an allergy to fire ants and they were here within 2 days for a treatment when we discovered some in the yard.
