Our insurance provider sent them a check for $10,420 as payment for services rendered. Services we had already paid for. We had to put that amount on our credit card at an interest rate of 23%. It’s now been three days since the check cleared, and Tampa Bay Periodontics still hasn’t sent us a reimbursement. So, not only are they incredibly expensive, they are fiscally selfish with patients’ money. Do not recommend them.
