Great Doctor. I was a new patient. The Doctor went over my medical records carefully. Ask me a lot of questions and gave me a full exam for my diagnosis. She answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. She has a good bed side manner. The office staff was polite.
I brought my girlfriend to this place about three weeks ago because they were the only one with an opening the following day due to a cancellation. The neurologist gave her a referral for MRIs, 72 hour EEG, etc. I have called multiple times asking for them to send the information to the at home EEG company that they provided a pamphlet for. The at home EEG company said they have tried reaching out to this office multiple times and have yet to receive the referral directly. Very friendly and personal treatment
I had a very positive visit with Dr. Murugappan today. She was thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. I truly appreciated how clearly she explained everything, answered my questions, and provided reassurance while still being proactive with follow-up care and labs. I left the appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. Grateful for compassionate physicians who combine expertise with genuine patient care.
