This company takes no responsibility for employee mistakes. To be fair I also took responsibility for the mistake as I was reading order wrong. Unit 1 and unit 2 were sold as 1 but order saying 2 threw me off and I ended up with 2 windows at a cost of over 1500. each. The salesman, Chris, whom I worked with had pictures I supplied to him of my windows and nowhere in that text did it show or say I needed 2 kitchen windows, nowhere! This is a follow up review of Tampa Bay Mill Works, and their inept response. It has been over 1 year since my installer and I had to correct their sustandard supply, and we remain standing with our poor rating of TB Millworks. Local arxhitects and engineers have reviewed their product and response, and all agree to look elesewhere. Take a look at their response...blame the customer and fail to provide customer support! Tampa Bay Millworks offers a wide variety of products for your home. They are close to where I live and have a knowledgeable staff. I worked with them on some vinyl plank flooring that I installed, and it turned out great! I will definitely go back for my next project. I highly recommend them.
