This is no longer a restaurant, it is a rented kitchen. First of all her communication is terrible, she doesn’t answer phone calls or texts for days. Once you do sign up and get your catering license, Karin who is the owner will do zero to help you get you access. I called her 3 months later after signing up and placing my deposit and she actually acted like she didn’t know me or that I needed help to get in to cook. Joel Sorensen sucks but you know what doesn't? The sanitation and food at Tampa Bay Kitchen! If your looking for some good food, staff that's held to a high standard and people who could care less about some idiots feelings on Facebook (Joel Sorensen) then boy is this the place for you.
