Bought an American Whirlpool hottub from this company at their Lakeland location two years ago. Went with a local company, knowing we would pay more, because support was important to us. They did tell me that they were going to be discontinuing that brand but that they would still provide service. Now the hottub can't get hot (I keep it set at 104 degrees and it is stuck at 99) so I called them to see about getting it serviced.
