I have been a patient here since 2007. Too many surgeries to name, but have had both Dr Bartels and Dr Danner. Excellent doctors. My audiologist is Michelle Blanchard and she is also very good. Wouldn’t consider going elsewhere, even though the drive is long!
A couple years ago I had a rough experience with another ear doctor. Every time I went swimming I ended up with water stuck in my ear and recurring ear infections. That first doctor I saw honestly made things worse. He did a procedure that left my ear bleeding and me in pain. It was a really bad experience and I was hesitant to try again for a long time. I am writing on Monday, September 29th, at 3:05 PM as the incident is currently taking place. I haven’t even made it back for my husband’s appointment yet, and I can clearly hear the two ladies at the last two desks talking. One had grey/white hair, and the other was a Hispanic woman. They were speaking negatively about patients as they left and after phone calls. Lot of stuff going on in this area, multiple buildings with a lot of cars filling up the parking lot(s). Good thing the buildings have huge numbers on them, just as long as you find your suite. So there's a nursing school here, the TGH section is on the other side. The audiology department is thru the main doors and to the right hallway, then on the left, suite 115. Staff was polite, if you filled out your info online, perfect your done, just wait your turn. If not, more paperwork for you to fill out. Anyhow, the doctor was ... read more
