The carts them selves are fun and drive relatively good. The track is okay but not very long. Reason for the 3 stars is the way the young crew approach their job. During check in the people at the desk seemed uninterested in helping with the process. The prebooking system did not work. It was not a big deal. Entering the track 3 young men greet us, again quite uninterested. There was no, "welcome to the track speech". No shirt briefing of the track, the rules pr anything. This place is awesome
Walk in with my son for a quick race. Was even more excited due to nobody there. All the employees were lounging around on the couch. Approach the counter and immediately told we can’t get one single race due to A track rental. The party for the track rental were not there. I feel we could have been accommodated for one race while they waited for the track rental party to show up. Also, more sincere about it due to Traveling out of our way 40 mins. I will not go back nor recommend based on my experience.
