Tried to make a new patient appt and Denise refused to give me one. She said they don't do second opinions, even though I just got done telling her I needed a new doctor (and I tried explaining that to her). I asked for an office manager and she said next week she would get in touch with one for me. That there's no one for me to speak to. She's a real peach.
