Wow. What a horrible place. Got an appointment weeks ago then they just cancelled on me with not so much as a call but in a text. Called the office and were super rude saying they need prior authorisation from insurance which they would not get or call even tho all my other doctors do that for me. Then I said I’ll just do self pay just because I really need to be seen because I’ve been very sick with chronic sinus inflammation and they responded I cannot do self pay and kept my appointment cancelled. Do not go here.
Florida E.N.T & Allergy has become now my favorite practice thanks to Dr Rivas. He is thorough explaining in detail the results of my hearing test. All the staff I encountered and including Dr Rivas are very pleasant. Fantastic experience!

I have used this group for several years. I have an emergency with my hearing and I called and they were able to get me scheduled same day (June 19). They called back five minutes later and said they could not keep my appointment and the next appointment would be August 12. So much for my emergency. Time to move on to another group. P.S. They placed tubes in my ears 6 months ago.
