Dr. Lee is awesome! She has always been great about actually listening to what is going on and with allergy troubleshooting that is very important! The office staff is also great! I have dealt with multiple departments over the years of going here and everyone has always been knowledgeable, helpful and kind!!
This place was on the list of referrals from my primary . Ive been experiencing dizziness and vertigo from a single session of facial treatment where my head lowered too far back. Although this was not my first choice, they were able to get me in soonest. Dr Hsu came in quickly, did some tests which Ive informed him My PT already has done , quickly evaluated me with not having vertigo. Then gave me a printout about migraine headaches to bring home to read, and sent me to get a balance test at another office location 2 weeks ... read more
Dr. Lee was excellent, very professional with a gentle touch and calming voice as she talks you through what she's doing. Her PA Kimmie is professional and knowledgeable as well. And the entire office staff is friendly as well as professional. I highly recommend this ENT practice.
I go to the Westchase location weekly for allergy shots. The receptionist, Gwen, is delightful. She welcomes you by name and always has a smile on her face. The women who give the shots are very efficient and keep things moving. I see Dr. Thorwarth and he’s great. He is thoughtful and thorough.
Fantastic experience! Everyone is friendly and professional so it makes visiting enjoyable ( except the shots). Great people make great experiences!
