I was a previous guest at this property through Airbnb and decided to book directly with the host this time. The house is really nice — it’s close to great restaurants, Ybor City, and downtown Tampa. This time, I stayed for an event at the Convention Center, and the location was perfect for it. I also noticed some great new additions since my last stay, including outdoor games and a fireplace, which made hanging out with my friends even better. House was perfect well furnished with everything you need only suggestion would be to bring coffee.
Safe location close to downtown and Tampa General Hospital. Pet friendly. Comfortable furniture and beds. Huge master shower. Kitchen with essentials and dishware, and there is an outside grill. I will certainly come back.
We rented this place for 1 month. We had a great time. Great location. Near Ybor and Tampa downtown. We were able to spend time with friends and family. The house is a good size for 4 people. The host is very quick with his response and make sure you have everything you need. I asked about patio furniture and he thought there was some there and sent a brand new set 2 days later.
