Sold me a car with a failing transmission. They also sold me an extended warranty that is useless. No matter how many times you call they hang up on you or leave you on hold.
I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Found a vehicle via Facebook Marketplace, which has zero contact information (i.e. address, phone number, website), so I contacted them via Facebook Messenger asking if the vehicle was still available and commenting that there was zero information on Facebook. This company is BS. I came in with a Carmax estimate and was told that the owner was not there so they will call me. Later on, they called to tell me that they could't match the estimate. In fact, they came in $200 below Carmax. When I mentioned their website stating that they will give $100 cash if they could not beat the estimate, the girl on the phone actually went to the website and confirmed that it stated that b/c she wasn't sure.
