Very happy with the entire process. From salesman Scott to installers Zack and partner. Awning was up and running in no time, they installed, cleaned up and gave me the 411 on operation in a very professional manner. Would reccomend them to anyone looking for an awning.
Totally unprofressional. Do not recommend. Had a 1 PM appointment with their sales guy... he didn't show- He "forgot." Called him and rescheduled for 8:30 the next morning... he showed up at 1 PM. Never heard from him again. Flaky.
Great experience with Tampa Bay Awning. Brian was super helpful (we initially had an issue with size). Zach and Daniel the installers did an amazing job. Love our new awning! Would highly recommend.
