We had an outstanding experience with Dave. We thought we needed a new awning, but instead of trying to sell us one, he took the time to show us the different positions and adjustments our existing shade could make. Within minutes, he realized we already had exactly what we needed. Dave even joked, "I'm probably talking myself out of a job," and he was right! He didn't want to sell us, he wanted to help us. Wonderful experience! Mike was so patient and willing to go back and forth with me for months while I figured out what size and style awning I wanted. The install guys were fast, friendly and courteous also. It really was great experience all around.
Awning looks great! Joe and Tomas did a great job, respectful of property and to me. Price is good and quality is great! Took quite a while to get completed, from beginning of order to install. Would use company again in future.
Tampa Bay awning was terrific. Cassidy was an excellent facilitator especially because the project was slightly delayed due to permit issues. She kept us apprised of the status. Joe and Tomas were outstanding installers. They were on time, very respectful of our property and thorough. They even cleaned up when they were finished! We love our new hurricane screens.
