More than 5 months elapsed from time of ordering. Took two other jobs ahead of me, because those were large orders and paid more. First installation had to be returned due to flaws, same with second installation. Very poor communication. Unless I called, I never heard from them. Installers were very good. I would not recommend this company to anyone
Great customer service and installation. Joe and Tomas did a great job installing my awning in a short amount of time. Very professional.
Responsive, but I couldn't get them come out. The technician called just 1 hr before the scheduled time asking to reschedule 2 days out. I'll give 2 stars for responsiveness, but can't do business with them or recommend.
It was a pleasure to work with such an efficient and competent company. From sales to installation. My installers arrived a bit early to my surprise. Joe and Ethan were very friendly and fun. We had a few good laughs 😀 thank you to them for a good time and timely job. I would recommend this whole experience to anyone who needs shade. THE BEST ❤️
Joe and Sean did our Lanai retractable screen and were top notch. From the time they arrived until wrapping up, they were professional and did a great job. We are very happy with it and the quality of service provided by Tampa Bay Awning.
