Joe and Sean did our Lanai retractable screen and were top notch. From the time they arrived until wrapping up, they were professional and did a great job. We are very happy with it and the quality of service provided by Tampa Bay Awning.
The business I work for recently hired this company to rebuild an awning that had been destroyed by hurricane Milton. The crew that was on the property for several days was unprofessional, rude and blatantly disrespectful. Smoking in a clearly marked non-smoking area, loud and frequent use of profanity and the n word in the presence of our customers and even disrespecting the staff with inappropriate comments and innuendo that we could all hear.
OMG Beware.....After the Hurricane I had Mike Lawton come out who agreed that Friday they could do repairs of existing damaged awnings which made me feel relieved. He promised when leaving to send me the estimate before end of day. The following Monday when I did not get any estimate I sent Mike an email & called the office and spoke to Dylan who said Mike was in the office and would have Mike call me right back or at worst send an estimate. Very happy with the entire process. From salesman Scott to installers Zack and partner. Awning was up and running in no time, they installed, cleaned up and gave me the 411 on operation in a very professional manner. Would reccomend them to anyone looking for an awning.
