I have rented multiple times from here, each time the car is exactly as described. Great customer service, hoping to buy a car from them soon.
When I met my husband, Muntaser Aljaberi he was driving a Kia Rio cute little car it had no power windows a CD player, which is OK with me, but then it broke down and I had to have towed to my house. About on one of our date nights, we will stop by the police in Indian rocks Beach because the tag light was out.. To this day, I don’t know if my husband would been in the car or was purchasing it evidently, he was renting it
Rented a car from them on Turo that had cosmetic issues inside and out. The details in the listing stated something like not worrying about doing a deep clean on the car when its returned, just remove any major mess, there weren't any but we obviously removed all our things and any trash. Long story short, we were charged $350 for a bs cleanup fee on this car. They claimed we left stains on the seats that were already there and that they had to clean the car for hours.
