I purchased a vehicle with Tampa bay auto house bank finance he cash the check but never processed the deal the bank didn’t receive the title I can’t register my vehicle this has been going on since last year. I will be filing a lawsuit. I’m not the only one he now has done this to 2 other individuals that all have bank loans with navy federal. The DMV is aware of the fraud committed at this dealership. This will be soon reported to the FBI for fraud
His brother Michael Felix took my sister's money and used it to pay other people off. He still owes $900 and has since gone into hiding. I wouldn't come near him or this store.
Currently doing business as "AutoFx", same owner: I have been friends with Mike Jean-Felix since middle school, to the extent I even trusted him as family. Throughout the years, I have purchased 3 vehicles for my teenagers from him & Lesley, although the Civic he sold me was covered in Bondo auto filler. PLEASE BE WARNED: make sure all your transactions with him are legally documented, or better yet don't make any at all. I wired him a large, LARGE amount of money for a for a vehicle purchase.
