Jordan Yeomans And the rest of the staff at the facility in Palm Harbor are unprofessional. Don’t get me started on Florida and the Sunshine State medical plan I was on. Regardless. This office is full of interns and people who recently got certificates online. These people are not here to help and they aren’t equipped to do so. Dave yourself the hassle and find a legitimate practice.
I made an appointment, gave my name, number, and member id for my insurance. I was ready to go to the appointment, and randomly 3 days before the appointment I get an email saying they don't take my insurance. I tried to call and the receptionist just tried to end the phone call asap, I literally asked to change my number in there file and they said, Billing will call me and they hung up.
