Yeah, not impressed at all. My son set up a consultation for $100, which was STEEP! The person on the phone said it would be applied to the job if they took it on. The guy took a cursory look at the motorcycle and said, "I'm pretty sure the clutch needs to be replaced." No tools were used, he didn't take anything apart. Which is fine, but then they said that the $100 doesn't go towards the job. When I said that was not really right and a little steep, he said, "well, that's just how it is".
