My company needed repairs done on our generator and Scott and Vincent went above and beyond to make sure all the repairs were done and done right. They were both very friendly and efficient, as well as transparent and honest when I had questions. Very refreshing to say the least. Thank you Scott and Vincent!
Tech came over to diagnose an issue with my whole house generator. He determined that it was the Governor Assembly that needed to be replaced. I emailed Kohler and received the correct replacement part number which cost me $102.12 The replacement was pretty straight forward and took me all of 20 +/- minutes to replace. Unfortunately, the new part did NOT fix the problem. So now it cost me $102.12 for the part + $228.50 for the service call and I am right where I started. A Kohler generator that does not work. After a recent install of a new stainless steel box and switch controls for my standby generator, I need a complete reprogram by TAW. Eric-AKA Sparky arrived and was able to help me get my system all up to date. I have been dealing with a monitoring issue for last 3 years and he was able to fix it! If I were still in business I would have tried to hire this guy he was great! Thank you!!!
