We had to have our 43.5 foot RV roof replaced after being hit by a power transformer during Milton. We were very concerned as we were going though insurance, have 4 dogs, and this is a full time living RV. While we are mobile, leaving oir home at a shop was not an option. We had a great experience with Elite RV Services. The initial request for information was responded to promptly. We scheduled an inspection and were able to get a quote on the spot at our location. We needed to have work done on the roof. Since we live in the camper full time for 6 months, we had to find a place to stay while the work was being performed. We bought a camper with some known damage… when we were ready to fix it we werent sure who to call. We were referred to Galen by someone I called who didnt perform the type of structural repairs we needed. We had some pretty extensive rot in one of the slides and needed a whole wall rebuilt and a couple leaks in the roof that needed repaired. Elite RV repaired the roof on my camper in May 2022. After a leak developed in May 2025, I contacted Elite to see about applicability of the lifetime warranty. The company stood behind their warranty 100%. They came to my house, not only fixed the leak, but did additional preventive maintenance on the roof at no cost to me. I couldn’t be more pleased, and fully recommend Elite RV for maintenance and repair. Thank you, Elite RV!
