Worst pedicure in 35 years. Not sure where the ladies went that use to own this place, but wish they came back. If I wanted to just have polish put on for $40 I would have done it myself. A pedicure consists of several steps, in my experience. Cuticle care, buffing ridges, cutting /trimming nails. (The girl wasn’t even going to soak my feet until I asked her to do so.)It’s not just painting nails!!!! Who are these ppl that run this? Just left this place almost crying !!!! I’m so upset I have a date tonight and I came here to do my nails and this is what they did I only wanted gel color and I swear my kids does mine better The lady on seat number six Even agreed with me that it looked messy Last time I went a younger girl did them and she was super clean and this girl today wasn’t even embarrassed that she did them so horrible and then she started taking off the gel and it burned so bad I had to tell her to stop So sad that this happened to me today and ... read more
This place is under new management. I went in to get a overlay on my nails. The same day the acrylic started chipping off. I have been back 4 times now to get it fixed. They kept telling me to come back for the girl who did them. They gave me a time, I came, she wasn't in. Told me to come back she wasn't in. Told me to come back again, this time she is busy. At this point I'm beyond disappointed. I've broken 3 of my nails due to the snagging since the acrylic is chipping off. Money down the drain and now I have to pay to get... read more
Went here for a pedicure . My feet still look the same as when I went in BUT with painted toe nails. I Will not return!! Going forth scrub get in to the customers feet make them new , make them beautiful actually do what the customer paid for don't skip steps!!! *PROVIDE *Great Customer Service For* ALL* Customers not a (select few) then you will have dedicated ,committed returning customers .
