Not good.
Never again! I have gone here previously when I needed my nails done. This time, I call 2 weeks prior because of how busy they are. To show up and be told that I don’t have an appointment…AFTER I left my number with the person that scheduled me. Instead of calling that person or checking the book to see, I’m asked to show when I called and given excuses as to why my appointment was missed.
I visited Tammy's nails recently and received really great service. Cindy treated my feet and hands with care and when I showed her what I wanted she didn't hesitate! I'll be going back soon!
The owner was so sweet to my mother and I. On the other hand the other woman working there was very rude. I let it slide but would like to keep others informed, so people are aware. It’s sad because Tammy the owner is such a sweetheart.
Tammy was wonderful. She did my nails with a lot of patience and no rushing. I would highly recommend this place in Stratford!
