Ashley was and is incredibly welcoming and informative. She showed me how to work the equipment and gave me my first circuit training schedule. The first one is Included when you sign up. The ladies that go to the gym are great too. I had a fractured ankle and put on a ton of weight. When I go to the gym to workout I don't feel judged or staired at. There's a bunch of classes and you can jump in any time of year without being lost. I can't be happier that I joined this all ladies gym.
