Few place, only 1 girl treats us well, the others of bad temper. the very rude and flush reception with my dog and us, come with money to pay not to ask for gifts
The employees are very nice and professional and helpful. They are very gentle and friendly with my dog. They answer my questions but if they don’t have an answer they find out and call me when they have Obtained the answer. Most importantly my dog is very comfortable with them.
UPDATE 2.18.25 Google would not allow a new review so I’m adding to this one. Ruby Kate was spayed yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze and Dr. Worley called me several times to keep me updated on the surgery and post op. I was quite impressed with the face to face update I got when I picked Ruby Kate up, something my prior veterinary office only did in the main waiting room with no privacy. Making the appointment was easy, not complicated at all. This was my first time ever taking a pet to the veterinarian; had no idea what to expect. All my registration forms were online/ texted, easy to do. We were welcomed by Ms. Brandy, no wait, not noisy, very calming atmosphere. 😀 Dr. Tammy was informative, good personality 👏🏽 👍🏽. I liked that she asked great questions to get an idea about my pet. She also educated me on some ways to interact with my lil pooch that I hadn't thought of.
