Something unusual happened to us after Hurricane Helene. A few days after the storm passed, our insurance agent, Tammy Murphy, CALLED US to see if we were ok and if we needed her services. I've never had an insurance agent care enough to go to that effort. Compared to many others, our property damage was minor, and she handled our claim as promised, promptly and efficiently. I've already recommended her agency to my friends, and I recommend her to everyone. She's the best!

Tammy Murphy and her associates are amazing. During the stressful events with Helene, Tammy personally answered my questions and concerns. She put my worries at ease and everything she said she would do, she did. She guided us as to what was required on our end in very easy to understand language. Tammy at State farm has been noting but professional, friendly and accessible in providing insurance needs during times of normalcy and post Helene. If you call, you get her or an assistant who know what they are doing and are here in the community, not some call center in another state. I recommend her and her team highly!
Tammy has come through for us on two occasions when we needed help with home disasters. The second case was in the aftermath of Helene. Tammy’s office called us a couple days after to make sure we were okay and had what we needed. She then worked with me directly to resolve our claim for home repairs. She has always been super responsive, even on weekends, and her assistance has truly helped us through some difficult situations. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
