I have been insured by State Farm for over 30 years. I was lead to believe that I had all of the coverage that I need by Tammy Melendez's office because they used to call me and review my policies (as needed) and inform me when I needed additional coverages. I know that I used to have coverage for sewer backup in the past. At some point State Farm decided to remove this coverage without informing me. This is very deceitful. A friend of ours is a client of Tammy’s and spoke very highly of her and her team. So when I was looking for new insurance I gave her office a call. Tammy immediately got me in contact with Jessica from her office who helped me with quotes and the onboarding process. It was SUPER efficient and easy.
