Tammy Holmes is the most unprofessional healthcare worker I have ever met with. Our first phone conversation, before she knew anything about me, she immediately tried pushing medical marijuana. I had an in person appointment set up with her that I had made a month in advance (first appointment) and she cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment time and then didn’t reach out to me for another 4 hours.
